The owner, Pom Moongauklang was born in Thailand but eventually moved to New York to pursue a career as a pastry chef. She worked for a number of upscale restaurants before opening up her own quirky cafe. As for Instagram content, Pom Pom's has got you covered! Their mini cupcakes are adorable and come in every color and flavor you can imagine. The teas range from blueberry to passion fruit to prickly pear.
